When you work with any external party you need to have assurance that they’ll deliver. Paper Plane has to be good at Facilitation – it is all we do - but until you’ve worked with us you won’t know for certain. In the mean time here’s some information to give you confidence.

The Paper Plane Network

Paper Plane Ltd was established in 2003 by Nicola Hunnisett; eighteen years work in sales and marketing for IBM and Microsoft and a passion for facilitation. Since then the business has grown and Nicola has a Network of facilitators plus Associates who work alongside her for larger pieces of work.

Paper Plane are based in Sydney, Australia and work across Asia Pacific. Many of our clients are global and we work closely with our two strategic partners in the USA and UK, so that we can offer a consistent service worldwide.

Our Facilitators

All our facilitators are graduates with backgrounds in blue chip business. Their facilitation skills were developed within these environments before joining Paper Plane. They all have a minimum of 5 years experience as facilitators.

On joining the Paper Plane Network every facilitator has a tailor-made training programme to develop their skills to the required level. We continually strive to remain leading edge facilitators through in-house and external training.
